Quality
We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship. MJD is owned and ran by Michael Jenkins, a multi-skilled tradesman with 20 years' experience in the industry. He has an enviable reputation and is the builder of choice for other trade partners.
We use other professional services such as Building Control and structural engineers to ensure our jobs are done right. We also carry out unannounced site visits to check on the workmanship of our sub-contractors.
Professionalism
We use Quantity Surveyors to ensure our jobs are competitively priced. A schedule of works is drawn up and monitored throughout the lifecycle of a job. We also manage changes requested by clients (contract variations) and ensure costs are agreed before work commences.

We are fully insured and take our Health and Safety responsibilities seriously. We are fully CDM compliant and are members of Courtley Health and Safety.
